Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Greensolsa and to every order and agreement made between Greensolsa and you as a customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in full.

 

1. Who we are

 

Greensolsa is operated by Byonz Kleding, a sole proprietorship owned by Evelien Hoogers - van Hal and registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 76313344, with its registered address at Achterstraat 9, 6741BR Lunteren, the Netherlands. 2. Applicability

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through greensolsa.com. Before placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on our website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

 

3. Our products

 

We do our best to describe and show our coats, jackets, and outerwear as accurately as possible, including materials, sizing, and color. Because our items are handmade, small variations in stitching, fabric, or finish may occur between individual pieces. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered a fault or defect.

 

4. Prices and payment

 

All prices shown on greensolsa.com are in euros and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for. Payment must be completed in full at the time you place your order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

5. Orders

 

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, an error in pricing or product information, or if an item turns out to be unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

 

6. Shipping and delivery

 

We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands. Your order is shipped from either Germany or France, depending on where it is prepared for dispatch.

 

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

 

Standard shipping is free of charge and typically takes 4 to 5 business days from the moment your order is dispatched.

 

Express shipping is insured and costs 4.95 euros, with typical delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the moment your order is dispatched.

 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays such as customs checks, weather conditions, or courier disruptions may occasionally affect delivery. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

 

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@greensolsa.com to inform us of your decision to withdraw.

 

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, within 14 days.

 

Please note that the cost of returning an item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent to you in error.

 

8. Warranty and conformity

 

We want you to be happy with your Greensolsa coat or jacket. If an item you receive is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us at support@greensolsa.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, a photo. We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Since we are also equipped to repair and maintain the clothing we make, minor issues can often be resolved through repair rather than a full replacement.

 

9. Liability

 

Greensolsa is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our products beyond their intended purpose, or for damage caused by normal wear and tear. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under Dutch law.

 

10. Intellectual property

 

All content on greensolsa.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Greensolsa or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

 

11. Force majeure

 

Greensolsa is not responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or other events that prevent normal business operations.

 

12. Applicable law and disputes

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to an order or these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
