1. Where we ship
 
At this time, we only ship within the Netherlands. Orders are prepared and shipped from either Germany or France, depending on availability.
 
2. Shipping options
 
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
 
Standard shipping
Free of charge
Delivery within 4 to 5 business days from the moment your order is dispatched
 
Express shipping
4.95 euros, fully insured
Delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the moment your order is dispatched
 
3. Processing time
 
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment. Processing usually takes place within a short window before your parcel is handed over to our shipping partner. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
 
4. Tracking your order
 
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
 
5. Delivery times
 
The delivery times mentioned above are estimates based on typical transit times and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, such as customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected courier delays. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
 
6. Delivery address
 
Please make sure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
 
7. Lost or damaged parcels
